
City Renewal: Co-Pilot (Done With You)
Thank you for choosing to work with CH Compliance - Below is the information and next steps to get your City License Renewal.
Step 1: When you receive your City Renewal Notice, please forward it to hello@chcompliances.com
Step 2: CH Compliance will review what documents, if any, need to be filled out, and what the City is requesting from you so we can help you prepare for what you will need to be filled out.
Step 3: An intake form will be emailed to you to help us prepare all the necessary documents for your license renewal with the Department of Cannabis Regulations. Some forms may require a Notary. We will send you the completed forms, ready for a Notary's signature. You can either arrange for a Notary to visit your office or visit a Notary office to complete the process.
Step 4: Once your completed Documents are ready- you will need to upload them all into your City Renewal Portal. Once this is complete generally the City will generate an invoice for you to pay for your renewal and or inspection.

Once Documents are uploaded an invoice will be generated from DCR
Prepare check/Cashiers Check/or we can make an appt for client to pay cash for the renewal fee.
