Nicole’s Story
For over five years I have handled day to day operations for Phyto Group, a legacy to legal cultivation facility based in Los Angeles, California. My responsibilities at Phyto Group include compliance and licensing support. I am proud to say that I created Phyto’s SOPs before SOPs were a commonality in cannabis.
Prior to my time with Phyto, I was the manager of operations and design at my families 3rd generation high end custom cabinet shop. I went from Cabinets to Cannabis because I was inspired by the culture of the people within the cannabis industry. My time in luxury cabinet making taught me a lot of unique skills that I carried over into the cannabis space. Most importantly the patience and time it takes to create a truly special product. That behind the scenes of what appears to be so glamorous is a lot of hard work and persistence.
I am thrilled to include compliance support to others in this industry that just want to work the parts of this industry that “light them up” (no pun intended) such as growing or manufacturing. Leave the dull compliance and licensing stuff to CH Compliance.
